What are we doing different compared to other head hunter companies? The increasing demand for Managers and Specialists needs state of the art processes in recruiting. There are to many time thieves, consultants and highly paid talkers not knowing what the customer is looking for. How can a person successfully act in our trade who has not made the necessary experiences himself. How can such a person decide how is the right candidate?

The hunting heads way starts at the project counselling, continues with the market research, telephone and personal interviews. The company than receives a short list of candidates, all being in the position to have an first interview with the customer. Out of that the placements will be done.
